Protect Yourself from Fraud and Scams

Scammers often impersonate trusted figures to confuse and intimidate you into taking harmful actions. They may falsely claim that your bank information has been compromised, that you are implicated in a crime or that you are owed a refund for a product. In order to rectify their false claims, they will instruct you to withdraw cash to deposit into a cryptocurrency ATM or to withdraw cash for someone to pick up at your home. These are not legitimate requests and are scams.
