S&T Bank Raises Over $100,000 to Fight Childhood Cancer

INDIANA, Pa. – June 27, 2024 – S&T Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of S&T Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ, STBA), is announcing a 2024 donation of over $100,000 to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF).

ALSF was founded by four-year-old Alexandra “Alex” Scott, who was fighting cancer and wanted to raise money to find cures for all children with cancer. Her spirit and determination lived on after her passing, inspiring others to support her cause. To date, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation has raised over $300 million dollars to fund impactful research, raise awareness, support families and empower everyone to help find a cure.

In 2023, the Bank began its relationship supporting ALSF, raising over $30,000 in select parts of its operating footprint. The Bank hosted its 2024 Lemonade Days fundraiser June 1-June 8. This year, S&T expanded what began as a local fundraising effort across the entire Bank and set the fundraising goal at $70,000. In one week, that goal was not only met, but exceeded by more than $30,000.
